Shipping Policy

• We deliver across the UK, including Northern Ireland.
• Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link and an estimated arrival time from our delivery partner.
• Orders arrive within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends). Orders with fresh/frozen items (Bread, Plantain, Yam etc) placed after 10am on Thursdays ship the following Monday.
• Please ensure someone over 18 is available to receive the order. If not, you may select a “safe place” or leave it with a neighbour.
• We are not liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen if specific delivery instructions are left for the carrier
• If nobody is available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave your parcel at a safe place within your compound.
• The cut-off time for orders to be shipped the same day and delivered the next WORKING* day is 10am from Monday to Thursday
• Delivery costs start at £7.99, vary by weight and location, and may change due to courier fees.
• We will notify you as soon as your parcels leave our facility and also provide and estimate time of arrival (ETA) on the day of delivery

Please note, while we are committed to delivering a seamless experience to you, situations outside our control (e.g. National Postal Strike Actions, Adverse Weather Conditions etc) may impact delivery timescales offered by our Delivery Partners. We will provide regular updates to you in these situations.

  • Delivery in 2 to 5 Working Days From Dispatch, For Orders Received by Noon, Monday To Thursdays
• Next Working Day Delivery
  • Starts From £9.99, and incremental based on the weight of your basket.
  • Delivery by the Next Working Day, For Orders Received By 10am Noon, Mondays To Thursdays

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it is final. We have a short window to log and process orders to ensure it gets to you in good time, so we are unable to accept cancellations.

Additional Information

If you cancel an order after it has shipped, we can only refund you for dry items once they’re returned in good condition. Frozen or fresh items are non-refundable. The order must reach you first, and you’ll cover the cost of returning any eligible items.

Please bear in mind that our courier partners are instructed to leave parcels outside the door (or another safe place) or with a neighbour if no one is available to receive it, because it contains food.
